There are no complicated forms or lengthy questionnaires to complete if you apply using the RescueTax.co.uk claim service.
After you have completed Online Registration, your application form will be sent to you by post. The application form is a single-side of A4 paper.
Your application form will arrive pre-completed with the information you’ve provided us with during Online Registration, and it only takes a couple of minutes to check and sign where indicated.
All you then need to do is return the form to us using the postage-paid envelope provided.
